Northeast Ohio Rocks! Across the United States in all 50 States

Northeast Ohio Rocks! has spread across the United States with rocks being found in all 50 States

From Alabama to Wyoming, check out the Northeast Ohio Rocks! found in each state.

Each day Northeast Ohio Rocks! reaches new people. We have new members everyday who are for the first time finding out who we are. Many people who have heard about us but have not found a rock often times do not understand the excitement around finding a painted rock that is until the day they come upon one themselves...and smile!

Northeast Ohio Rocks! started in July 2016 inspired by Whidbey Island Rocks in Washington State.  Whidbey Island Rocks started in June 2016 and was inspired by Port Angeles Rocks. Port Angeles Rocks was the very first community based "rocks" group. Also located in Washington State, Port Angeles Rocks was started by Aisha Lesh in January 2016.

In April 2017, Northeast Ohio Rocks! reached 100,000 members. Monday, we will celebrate our first birthday. We currently have 177,000+ members. We are the largest group that exists.

Many have asked what makes us different. Kindness makes us different. Our rules makes us different. Our rules are simple. Share nothing else but kindness. We have on average 1,800 to 2,000 active posts per day. We work very hard keeping everyone on the same page. Our only platform is kindness and kindness is meant for everyone, anyone.

Many have said we are the best group on Facebook. They visit our group to see the smiles of our finders and to read the inspirational stories. Rocks have found people during emotional and medical experiences.  Rocks have helped celebrate baby showers, engagements, birthday parties and other milestones in people's lives.

So, if you have ever wondered what you are a part of by being a member of Northeast Ohio Rocks! now you know. The group brings us together with a common goal to share random acts of kindness by painting and hiding rocks throughout our communities. You are a part of a movement that has spread across Ohio, the United States and around the World.
